According to Shelley Case (see the essential books thread), celiacs can't have oats because of the risk of cross contamination on the equipment. At her conference, I learned about a company that makes gluten free oats in a dedicated gluten free facility. I ordered my first 10 pound bag and I AM IN HEAVEN!! It is so nice to have oatmeal again!! I also made my own granola and it was soooooo yummy.
